This Privacy Policy explains how Qonsult Systems Pte. Ltd. (“Qonsult Systems”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you visit the Qumuli website or submit an enquiry through it.
This policy applies to the public Qumuli website only. It does not govern customers’ or authorised users’ use of the Qumuli platform, which may be subject to separate product and data-processing terms.

Information we collect
We may collect:
- information you provide through a demo or contact form, such as your name, work email address, company, role, country, areas of interest and message;
- technical and usage information, such as browser and device type, approximate location, pages visited, interactions and session information; and
- information contained in communications you send to us.
Please do not submit confidential, security-sensitive or special-category personal data through the website.
How we use information
We use personal data to:
- respond to enquiries and arrange requested demonstrations;
- understand interest in Qumuli and improve the website;
- diagnose technical or usability problems;
- protect the website and prevent abuse; and
- comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
We do not use demo enquiries to send marketing emails. If this practice changes, we will provide appropriate notice and, where required, obtain separate consent.
Analytics and session recording
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website through analytics, heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity may process device, browser, interaction, approximate-location and pseudonymous identifier data. Website form inputs are configured to remain masked in recordings.
Clarity analytics cookies and cookie-dependent features are enabled only when you allow them. If you decline, Clarity does not set its analytics cookies or maintain cross-page session continuity, but it may process limited cookieless page-view and interaction data. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings control.
Service providers and international transfers
We may use service providers to host the website, deliver requested communications, provide email services, maintain security and perform analytics. These providers may process personal data outside Singapore. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children
The website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the website.
